Corporate & Convention Events
You have come to the right place! Booking a party is one click away! We will be happy to check availability and customize your event. We have live entertainment, line dance instructors, DJ, pool tables, in-house audio and video for production use and just about anything else you could possibly imagine! We book parties for groups from 20-5,000. We are located on Second Avenue in the heart of historic downtown Nashville with the banks of the beautiful Cumberland River at our back door. So, if you really want to go all out...we have been known to create exciting private events by reserving the banks of the Cumberland River or bringing the party directly to you! Call for a quote on off-site catering events. Trust us... A party at the Wildhorse or outside our venue is a night you will never forget!
Social & Holiday Private Parties
There is no party too large or too small for the Wildhorse Saloon.... Social Events, Christmas, birthdays, reunions, retirement, wedding rehearsal dinners or even 4th of July. Company Christmas parties do fill up fast... so unless you want to celebrate Christmas in July, we do suggest that you call early to check availability.
Student & Senior Programs
The Wildhorse Saloon is suitable for all ages. Novelty packages are abundantly available. Some of our most popular packages are; Songwriter Package, Star for a Day, Bronco Buster, and many more. Please call for availabilty.
 Private rooms available
The Riverview Room is a more intimate gathering space the overlooks the LP Field, home of Tennessee Titans and the beautiful Cumberland River. This private room will hold about 100 guests. The Riverview room is often used for corporate gatherings, rehearsal dinners, and company presentations. Audio and video available.
The 3rd floor of the Wildhorse is a popular spot for larger exclusive gatherings. An upscale billiards room with 9 Olhausen pool tables, high end seating and dart boards. Best of all, your party of up to 250 guests can play for free. With a great view of the dance floor and stage, the 3rd floor is a perfect getaway for large groups.

Do you provide entertainment for private parties?
Can we provide entertainment...OHHH Yeah!!! With the largest dance floor in Nashville (3,300 square feet) we are the place to be! Any night of the week starting at 6:00 p.m. you are entertained with DJ's and Line Dance Lessons, or live entertainment for all ages. We can also add additional entertainment such as song writer in the round, country star look-a-likes and national touring acts. Tell us who or what you are looking for and we will do the rest!
Can I book the entire Wildhorse Saloon?
Oh, if we had a dollar for every time we were asked that...yes..you can book the entire venue. We have been known to close the venue down for exclusive private events.
Will the Wildhorse create an event outside of the venue?
Yes we have the ability and the expertise to design your off site event from start to finish. From a small intimate office party or private event at your home, or even a large scale concert event on the Cumberland River.
