Student & Tourism Packages
The Wildhorse Saloon is friendly for ALL ages, from tour and travel packages, student group outings and off-site events. We have several all-inclusive menus that can be customized to fit your unique group's needs.. Some of our most popular packages are: Songwriter's Dream, Star for a Day, Bronco Buster and more.
Venue Customizable areas:
One of the best things we have going for us is our ability to configure the set-up in any way you see fit. Holding from 600 to 1200 with three bars and the largest dance floor in town, you will find it easy to kick up your heels in style. You can get up front and personal with the live entertainment while joining in on the foot stomping action of line dance lessons choreographed by our dazzling team of instructors. Attendees that are a bit shy can view the entertainment from the two 20 foot video wall screens on either side stage while enjoying a cocktail or a bite of mouthwatering menu items.
Take over the whole floor or a small portion of it. Station your menu items next to your groups and enjoy the large cafe bar with two pool tables, shuffle board and foosball. You can also be a part of the main floors activities as the view allows you to see over the railing to what's happening on the main floor.
The Riverview Room - Located behind the stage on the 2nd floor
The Riverview Room is a more intimate gathering space that overlooks Nissan Stadium, home of Tennessee Titans and the beautiful Cumberland River. This private room will hold about 80 guests depending on your visions of how you want it set up. Enjoy a private dinner for you and your guests with your own mini bar. Create a business meeting, press conference or team outing in this enclosed area.
The Third floor is an open space with a view to the main floors activities. It holds about 150 guests comfortably with soft seating, gaming and a separate bar.
