Chef Nic channels his passion for simple, Southern cuisine at the World-Famous Wildhorse located in the heart of historic downtown district in Nashville, TN. With his family’s European roots, Erickson grew up on hearty and filling traditional dishes and prefers to stay true to fresh local ingredients and high quality artisanal products. Chef Nic emphasizes Tennessee products and made-from-scratch items throughout the menus - down to the biscuits, jams, cornbread and sauces. Traditions of the South are explored in every one of your taste buds in a city that has become a hot spot for foodies. The Wildhorse Saloon offers up the best Southern smokehouse cuisine along with customizable catering menu options for private events and off-site occasions.
