New Nashville recap from March 8

What’s New Nashville? I get that question a lot, people wondering what makes Thursday nights so special at the Wildhorse. There is live music up and down Broadway and beyond seven nights a week in Music City. Nashville is filled with some of the most ridiculously talented singers, songwriters and musicians, and we wanted to dedicate one night to these talented folks. No cover songs here, Thursdays are reserved for the songwriters. These up and comers as people call them, these guys and girls in town writing everyday performing for little to no money at any venue that will have them. We wanted to change that, and that’s what the New Nashville is. The Wildhorse has been and still is home to some of the most amazing bands in Nashville, and yes we love a good cover of Wagon Wheel just as much as the next person. But for New Nashville we wanted something different. Something original, something genuine and something that downtown Nashville was missing. A place for young artists to play their original music on a big stage with world class sound, lighting and video, and in front of an audience of visitors from all around the globe.  We have a playlist on Spotify of all our New Nashville artists. Check out the Wildhorse Saloon's -> New Nashville artists from March 8th’s show!
